The Hapeville Maker Space is dedicated to helping educate the next generation. By providing programs that teach a variety of real world knowledge we hope to better prepare today’s children for 21st century world and give them a safe space to explore their creativity and ideas.

Youth Curators

Youth Curators is an opportunity for young people who want a new experience and challenge, who are interested in a career in arts, culture, gallery, event management. We aim to provide vocational experience and training for students and offer professional development for young people to extend their art practice and enhance potential career paths.

Youth In Business

The Hapeville Maker space wants to help expose youth to the world of business and entrepreneurship. Kids in our program have the opportunity to build communication and organization skills, learn how to be a leader, and how to be a self-promoter, but they also learn so many more skills that will help them throughout life!

Topics of Study include:

  • Creating a 501C3

  • Writing a Business Plan

  • Starting and Running a Business

Camp Innovate 2020

Camp Innovate will be hosting a camp experience like no other where students will help create life-sized artwork with the assistance of project teams and leaders. Students will have the opportunity to work in full wood and metal shops, sewing stations, ceramic studios and so much more. At the end of camp, projects will be displayed for the entire community to see! Don't let your child miss out on a once in a lifetime experience!

*Kids must be from age 10-17
